The Denver Broncos shocked the NFL world on Sunday by dismantling the Dallas Cowboys. Now, the Broncos travel to Philadelphia to play an Eagles team that has yet to win a game at home. The Broncos are 2.5-point road favorites, according to the NFL betting lines from BetMGM.

Philadelphia lost a heartbreaker against Justin Herbert and the Chargers last week. Their defense couldn’t stop the Chargers, but the Broncos don’t have as many playmakers as the Chargers.

Can Philadelphia finally secure a win at home? Read on to find out which team has the best chance of covering the spread in the Week 10 Eagles at Broncos game.

Under 45 Total Points (-110)

The over/under in the Eagles vs. Broncos game in Week 10 sits at 45 points. I think there’s some value on the under here. The point total is high because the Philadelphia Eagles gave up 445 yards of offense to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 9.

The Chargers have a high-powered offense with weapons all over the field, but the Broncos are a different story. While the Denver Broncos put up 30 points against Dallas in Week 9, that game was a bit of an outlier. The point total has gone under 45 points in six of the nine games the Broncos have played this season.

On the other side of the ball, the Broncos defense just held the NFL’s highest-scoring offense scoreless through three quarters. The Cowboys weren’t able to do anything against the Broncos, and it seems unlikely that Jalen Hurts and the Eagles will fare much better. The Eagles rank 16th in the NFL in yards per game.

Broncos Money Line (-120)

Philadelphia hasn’t been able to win in front of its home crowd this season. The Eagles are 0-4 at Lincoln Financial Field, with the losses coming against the Chargers, Buccaneers, Chiefs, and 49ers.

Philadelphia fans are notoriously harsh when their team isn’t performing well. So Jalen Hurts could start hearing the boo birds if he throws an interception or two against the impressive Broncos secondary.

Broncos -2.5 (-110)

On Sunday, Justin Herbert didn’t encounter much resistance from the Eagles’ pass defense as he threw for 358 yards while completing 32 of 38 passes. This was somewhat surprising, as the Eagles have the 12th ranked pass defense in the NFL.

Where Philadelphia has struggled is against the run. Philadelphia ranks 20th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per game, giving up an average of 119 yards per game.

Things are even worse at home, where Philadelphia is allowing 127 yards per game on the ground. The Broncos want to run the ball with their electrifying rookie Javonte Williams, and they should have no trouble doing that against the Eagles.

Previewing the Eagles at Broncos Game in Week 10

As Philadelphia seeks its first home win of the 2021 NFL season, they’ll have to contend with a confident Broncos team. Philadelphia will have to stop the run, but they haven’t shown that they can do that yet this season.  Pennsylvania sports betting fans and Colorado sports betting fans can wager on the Eagles at Broncos game at BetMGM.
