Andrews is a hot commodity right now in the sports media landscape. In March 2022, she began working with the MLB Network as a professional baseball analyst, perhaps with the occasional comment on MLB odds.
Andrews also worked with the SEC Network in the Spring of 2021 during the NCAA Softball postseason.

Andrews herself played in two Womens’ College World Series during her freshman year at LSU in 2012 and again during her senior year in 2015.
A.J. Andrews Softball Career
Andrews enjoyed an extremely successful career as a star outfielder in Baton Rouge, starting an astounding 235 games for the Tigers. Most of her appearances came in center field, where Andrews built a well-earned national reputation as a fierce two-way player. She hit leadoff from 2013-15.
Andrews received All-SEC honors at the end of each of her four seasons at LSU.
In 2015, Andrews helped LSU advance to the WCWS, where it defeated conference rival Auburn en route to the national semifinal.
During her freshman campaign, Andrews broke a memorable scoreless stalemate in the WCWS when she scored from third after tagging on an infield pop-up. LSU advanced after defeating South Florida, 1-0.
Following her graduation from LSU, Andrews was drafted by the Chicago Bandits in the second round. She was traded to the Akron Racers prior to the 2016 season.
During her second professional season in Akron, Andrews became the first woman ever to win a Rawlings Gold Glove Award.
