Alec Pierce OUT: Eligible Stakes Refunded at BetMGM in Week 2

Alec Pierce is eligible for BetMGM’s 1st Quarter Injury Protection.

Pierce was injured in the first quarter of a Week 2 game on Sunday, Sept. 20. The receiver was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

If you placed an eligible prop bet on Pierce, your stake will be refunded with cash thanks to BetMGM’s BetDefense.

For straight bets, the wager is canceled and stake is returned within 72 hours of settlement of the market.

For parlays and Same Game Parlay (SGPs), the affected leg is canceled. The remaining legs of the parlay or SGP are recalculated.

Log in to your account to check for the refund — or canceled parlay leg — on your Pierce wager. And check the sportsbook’s BetDefense page for more information on eligible bets and terms and conditions.

Throughout the 2026-27 pro football season, you can track which players have qualified for BetDefense.
