By now, you’ve probably tossed out your glorious Christmas tree and returned the decorations to the attic, basement, or storage, but feel free to crank Andy Williams’ “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” one last time because the NFL divisional playoff round is here, baby.
After a fabulous opening round that gave us wall-to-wall action on Saturday and Sunday, including upsets by the Rams and Browns (at least according to the NFL playoff odds gurus in Vegas), this weekend’s action sees the return of the Packers and Chiefs from their much-deserved bye week as No. 1 seeds.
While we’ve already given you NFL odds this week for the NFC and AFC, let’s check out eight of the best NFL parlay options as presented by BetMGM, along with one sentence on how each parlay could potentially come to fruition.
Editor’s note: This is not wagering advice. Rather, a quick look at unique parlays you may not be aware of.
Rams and Ravens both to win: +750
How it could hit: The Rams’ defense does to Aaron Rodgers what it did to Russell Wilson last weekend, and Lamar Jackson runs roughshod over a Bills’ squad lucky to squeak out a three-point home win over the Colts last Saturday.
Bills and Rams both win: +500
How it could hit: The Rams running game keeps Rodgers and Davante Adams off the field, and Josh Allen continues his torrid streak en route to becoming an MVP finalist.
Packers and Ravens both win: +200
How it could hit: A rested Rodgers and company thrive in weather 50 degrees colder than Los Angeles, and Jackson continues to exercise his playoff demons as he did against the Titans in the Wild Card.
Packers and Bills both to win: +120
How it could hit: The second-lowest odds are due, in no small part, to the squads with two of the top MVP candidates behind center.
Browns and Buccaneers both to win: +1050
How it could hit: It’s no surprise this parlay features the longest odds as the Browns go to Arrowhead as +10 dogs, and the Bucs visit the Superdome at +3.5.
Browns and Saints both to win: +675
How it could hit: This could be the best longshot of them all if Drew Brees takes care of business at home and the Browns continue their fantastic voyage through the AFC playoffs after Sunday night’s stunner in Pittsburgh.
Chiefs and Buccaneers both to win: +190
How it could hit: It’s damn hard to go against Mahomes and Brady.
Chiefs and Saints both to win: -110
How it could hit: The only NFL parlay on this list where you’ll have to give up the juice, this combo features two teams in the top four of our power rankings.
