BetMGM $100k Football Frenzy: Win Bonus Bets

DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION (THIS “PROMOTION”):

1. This is a leaderboard promotion where players earn leaderboard points (“Leaderboard Points”) based on their winning real-money wagers of at least $10 with minimum +100 odds on any Football (Pro or College Football) game (“Qualifying wager”). The leaderboard will be updated once per day.
2. Leaderboard Points will be awarded as follows
   • +100 to +199 – 1 point
   • +200 to +299 – 2 points
   • +300 to +399 – 5 points
   • +400 to +499 – 8 points
   • +500 and greater – 10 points
3. All bets must be settled to be counted towards the leaderboard. Only winning wagers will earn Leaderboard Points. Cumulative wagers equal to the minimum qualifying wager amount are not considered.
4. All Football (Pro or College Football) bets including Straight, Parlay and SGP wagers with minimum odds of +100 and minimum stake of $10 are eligible.
5. The top 50 players with the most Leaderboard Points earned during the Promotional Period will be rewarded based on their final position after the conclusion (i.e., 11:59:59 PM EST) of the Promotional Period.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

6. This “Promotion” is available to qualifying customers from between 12:00 PM EST, December 18^th 2025 – 11:59 PM EST, January 1^st 2026 , unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened after the Promotional Period will not qualify for this Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:

7. Existing BetMGM Sports account (“Account”) holders.
8. To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and located in a state or jurisdiction in which the Sponsor offers online sports wagering services (except Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, Ontario, and Puerto Rico), not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service) (“Participant”).
9. All personal and contact data associated with the player’s account must be verifiable.
10. Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
11. Any individual with a Sponsor account on any product in one or more jurisdictions where Sponsor operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.

ACTION REQUIRED:

12. Sign in to your BetMGM Sports account during the Promotional Period.
13. In the Promotions tab, opt in to the Promotion prior to placing a Qualifying Wager.
14. Once opted in, earn Leaderboard Points placing a Qualifying Wager on any Football (Pro or College Football) Games (“Eligible Games”):
15. Leaderboard Points will be awarded as follows
    • +100 to +199 – 1 point
    • +200 to +299 – 2 points
    • +300 to +399 – 5 points
    • +400 to +499 – 8 points
    • +500 and greater – 10 points
16. Example. If you win a +200 odds Football (Pro or College Football) wager (2 points) then later win a +700 odds Football wager (10 points) you will earn a total of 12 Leaderboard Points to reflect the accumulation of Football wagers you win during the Promotional Period.
17. The leaderboard will be updated once per day.
18. All bets must be settled to be counted towards the leaderboard. Only winning wagers will earn Leaderboard Points. Cumulative wagers equal to the minimum qualifying wager amount are not considered.
19. All Football bets including Straight, Parlay and SGP wagers with minimum odds of +100 and minimum stake of $10 are eligible.
20. The top 50 players with the most points at the end of the Promotional Period (i.e., 11:59:59 PM EST) will receive prizes based on their final positions at the end of that Promotional Period.
21. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a Bonus Bet, credited within 72 hours after the conclusion of the Promotional Period.
22. Bonus Bet is subject to a 1x wagering requirement and valid for (7) seven days from issue. Please see our Terms and Conditions (below) for more information.
23. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Sponsor at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of Sponsor’s website. Sponsor recommends you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in this Promotion, you accept any such modified terms.

CLAIMING PROMOTION OFFER:

25. Once opted in, earn Leaderboard Points placing a Qualifying Wager on any Football Games (“Eligible Games”):
26. The top 50 players with the most Leaderboard Points during the Promotional Period will receive prizes based on their final positions at the end of the Promotional Period.
27. In the event of a tie between the winning position, prizes will be distributed equally amongst each tied Participant, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. In the event the tie extends into multiple tiers of prizing, the prize amounts of the tied positions will be combined and be distributed equally amongst each tied Participant.
28. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOUR ENTRY IS LISTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT ANY POINT DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PLAYER WILL BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.

LEADERBOARD PRIZES:

29. Bonus Bets Awarded to winners of $2,000 or greater will be split into five (5) Bonus Bets of equal value.

• Example: the first-place winner will be awarded five (5) $5,000 Bonus Bets totaling the $25,000 first-place prize. The participant who finishes in third will receive five (5) $1,000 Bonus Bets totaling the $5,000 prize.

30. Prize winner(s) will be contacted via phone, email, or on the BetMGM Sports app within seventy-two (72) hours of the conclusion of the Promotion, subject to verification of winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. In certain instances, such as those involving larger or non-monetary prizes, the prizes may be distributed in an alternative manner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
31. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of prizes may vary. For any prize with an actual retail value (“ARV”) of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsor will furnish any applicable tax forms to winner for the ARV of prize for the year in which prize was won, if necessary.
32. All details of prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Sponsor. Restrictions may apply. Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any element of a prize) for one of equal or greater retail value. The value of prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the prizes’ ARV, and the actual fair market value of the prizes will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed. All federal, provincial, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) with acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

33. If you created a BetMGM online gaming account via BetMGM Casino or BetMGM Poker, you do not need to create a new account.
34. You can go to BetMGM.com or download the app and use your existing credentials to log into BetMGM Sports app.
35. To Create a BetMGM account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
36. All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION:

37. All Bonus Bets will be credited to Participant’s account promptly (within approximately 72 hours) after the Specified Outcome identified on the landing page associated with this Promotion occurs.
38. Bonus Bets Awarded to winners of $2,000 or greater will be split into five (5) bonus bets of equal value.
    • Example: the first-place winner will be awarded five (5) $5,000 Bonus Bets totaling the $25,000 first-place prize. The participant who finishes in third will receive five (5) $1,000 Bonus Bets totaling the $5,000 prize.
39. Each Bonus Bet can only be used once. Each Bonus Bet can only be placed as one (1) straight bet, one (1) Parlay, or one (1) Same Game Parlay and cannot be split between various bet placements.
40. Bonus Bets are limited to one (5) per person per Qualifying Bet, account, household (IP address) and/or computer. All details of Bonus Bets will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Bonus Bet (or portion thereof) with a similar reward (or reward element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Bonus Bet(s) are the sole responsibility of Participant. Bonus Bet(s) cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash, and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Bonus Bets by Participant.
41. Bonus Bets can only be redeemed via the BetMGM Sportsbook website or mobile application, and must be used within seven (7) days of them being credited to your account or will be forfeited.
42. Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed on any other BetMGM brands (including, but not limited to, BetMGM Casino/Poker, Borgata Sports/Casino/Poker, Party Casino/Poker).
43. Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms & conditions of such promotional offer.
44. The value of a Bonus Bet, once redeemed, will not be included in any winnings.
45. If Participant’s Bonus Bet wager becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, if the game/event on which the Bonus Bet was placed is cancelled), Participant’s Bonus Bet will be returned to Participant’s account.

• Any other restrictions in the Sponsor’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sports Promotion shall also apply.

WAGERING REQUIREMENT:

47. To claim this Promotion, Participant must, during the Promotional Period, (a) visit www.BetMGM.com or download the BetMGM Sportsbook mobile application, (b) open a BetMGM Sportsbook wagering account, (c) opt in to the promotion, and (d) place a wager of at least ten dollars ($10.00) at a minimum of +100 odds on any Football wager using their BetMGM Sportsbook account (a “Qualifying Bet”).

ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING:

48. Participant must make a real money Bet as their qualifying wagers.
49. All Bonus Bets will be credited to the Participant’s account promptly (within approximately 72 hours) after the conclusion of the promotional period associated with this Promotion.
50. To use a Bonus Bet, simply add a bet(s) to your Bet Slip (Straight or Parlay), tap on “Apply Bonus Bet?” next to the stake area to display all your eligible Bonus Bets and activate the desired Bonus Bet. Select the “i” button to find out more details. If a wager using a Bonus Bet wins, the net winnings will be credited to the account. The stake amount, which was offered through the Bonus Bet, will not be credited.

• Example:
• A $10 Bonus Bet is awarded.
• $10 Bonus Bet wagered to win at odds of -200.
• If the bet wins, $10 stake at -200 odds = $15 ($10 stake + $5 winnings).
• This means that only $5 will be credited to the balance.
• Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed in conjunction with Tokens.

ELIGIBLE GAMES:

WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS:

52. Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time or withdrawn from Participant’s account. Participant cannot “Cash-Out” its Bonus Bet(s).

CANCELLATION:

53. If Participant opts to cash out on Participant’s qualifying Eligible Event wager early through the “Cash Out” or “Auto Cash Out” features, Participant will no longer be eligible for this Promotion. If Participant opts to edit Participant’s Eligible Event wager through the “Edit My Bet” feature, Participant will no longer be eligible for this Promotion. If Participant opts to get Participant’s Eligible Event wager canceled, Participant will no longer be eligible for this Promotion.
54. Bonus Bets are not required to be wagered on the account once awarded. Should a player choose not to use their available Bonus Bets, they will expire seven (7) days after being issued.
55. To view Bonus Bets expiry information, details can be viewed in “My Account > Promotions > Sports.”
56. Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”) or, (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
61. Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with Participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by Participant or anyone acting in concert with Participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
64. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
65. Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
