BetMGM activation at Capital One All-Star Village features demos of Derek Jeter LuckyTap™ and Phillies Lucky Tap™ along with exclusive experiences
JERSEY CITY, NJ (July 10, 2026) – BetMGM, a leading sports betting and iGaming operator, is bringing a variety of interactive experiences to Philadelphia in partnership with Major League Baseball (MLB) for 2026 MLB All-Star Week. Through game demonstrations, signage at Citizens Bank Park and a VIP experience with baseball Hall of Fame member and BetMGM ambassador Derek Jeter, BetMGM will have a significant presence during one of the sport’s premier events.
The All-Star Week activation builds on the recently renewed partnerships between MGM Resorts International and MLB, as well as BetMGM and MLB, extending relationships that began in 2018 when they became MLB’s first Official Gaming and Sports Betting Partners, respectively.

New BetMGM Casino Games at Capital One All-Star Village
BetMGM will spotlight Derek Jeter LuckyTap™ and Phillies LuckyTap™, its newest exclusive casino games developed in partnership with Design Works Gaming (DWG), at its July 11-14 activation at Capital One All-Star Village at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Attendees who are 21 and older can demo the games on a large touchscreen and spin a prize wheel for giveaways.
Derek Jeter LuckyTap™ puts players in the role of the legendary shortstop, catching incoming baseballs to earn prizes and unlock bonus opportunities, while Phillies LuckyTap™ allows players to “step up to the plate” for a chance to win with every swing.
Capital One cardholders receive early entry daily at 9 a.m. General admission runs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
MLB Betting Trends
Heading into the second half of the 2026 season, BetMGM bettors are backing the Los Angeles Dodgers with 12% of all bets and 33% of the total handle to win the World Series. They lead both categories by a wide margin, with the Seattle Mariners and New York Yankees rounding out the top three in bets and handle. The Mariners have drawn two of BetMGM’s largest single wagers: $450,000 on the club to surpass 90 wins and $300,000 to win the AL West. The Dodgers remain the consensus World Series favorite, shortening from +350 to +180 since the start of the season.
