Conor Benn vs. Regis Prograis: Prediction
With the accuracy and explosiveness of Benn, I predict a TKO/KO finish for him. One way or another, Benn’s atomic right-hand punch will connect on the head or chin of Prograis, since he doesn’t have good head movement and leaves his guard down most of the time during exchanges.
Even though Prograis also possess incredible power in his hands and overwhelms opponents with volume, I think Benn can take his best punch. Prograis will have to deal with a different type of power from a naturally bigger opponent.
The only route to victory for Prograis is to set the tone early and put Benn on the back foot. This way, he could take him off his rhythm. But he must be careful with his stamina and cardio, using each economically.
