In Week 7, two offensive powerhouses will meet in Nashville.

The Tennessee Titans are hosting the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday, and bettors couldn’t be more excited for the NFL betting opportunities.

Will the score go over or under the total? Who will cover the spread, and is there any value on either team’s money line? Keep reading to find out more about the Chiefs at Titans this week.

Who Will Cover the Spread?

After a disappointing 2-3 start to the season, the Chiefs are back to .500 after winning against the Washington Football Team. Patrick Mahomes and Co. have finally started to look like themselves again and are now averaging 30.8 points per game.

The Titans are coming off a big win themselves, scraping by against one of the best teams in the NFL, the Buffalo Bills. Derrick Henry continues to show us why he is an MVP candidate in every game he plays.

Henry should have another MVP-like performance vs. the Chiefs, who allow 5.2 yards per rush to opponents, ranking 30th in the league.

I think Henry and the Titans are going to run all over the weak Kansas City defense. So even though Mahomes should slice up the Tennessee secondary, I think the Titans will keep it within the 5.5-point spread.

Chiefs at Titans: Money Line Pick

Each of these offenses is elite but in different ways.

For the Chiefs, their strength is their passing attack, led by Patrick Mahomes. They rank 2nd in pass yards per game (308.5), and I expect Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill to continue their dominance vs. the Titans.

Inversely, the Titans lean on their impressive ground and pound style of offense to get their wins. They lead the league in rushes per game (32.3), and Derrick Henry has scored ten touchdowns from those attempts.

The current odds show the Titans as +185 underdogs on the money line vs. the Chiefs. However, I think there’s a ton of value at these odds as the Titans have a real chance at pulling off another upset at home on Sunday.

Will the Game Go Over/Under the Total?

With a total set at 57.5, this game has the highest total of any Week 7 NFL game. Most people might not be comfortable betting an over on a total this high, but not me.

This matchup has all the making for a high-scoring affair, and if 60+ points are scored, I wouldn’t be surprised. These teams’ strengths play right to each other’s weaknesses.

The Chiefs’ high-powered passing barrage plays right into the Titans’ weak pass defense. Tennessee currently allows 7.7 yards per pass, ranking 27th in the NFL in that category. Expect Mahomes to take advantage of the below-average secondary.

On the other side, the Titans should run all over the Chiefs’ run defense, as I mentioned above.

I expect a lot of points on Sunday between these two teams. So don’t be afraid to take a chance on this high over/under.

A Shootout in Nashville

The Chiefs at Titans could be a game that turns into an instant classic. A high-scoring game between two of the best offenses in the league is never something you want to miss.
