It’s now Week 10 of the college football season, and with that in mind, bettors are anxiously getting their first look at this week’s college football odds on BetMGM.

With so many games on the slate, which ones stand out for bettors? These are some of the best college bets available for Week 10.

North Carolina (-2.5) vs. Wake Forest

After a tough road loss to Notre Dame, North Carolina now hosts a top 10 team (at least in the AP Poll) in Wake Forest. What should immediately jump out at you here is that the Tar Heels are unranked and favorites against a team the AP Poll considers one of the best in the country.

Truthfully, the Demon Deacons could get caught looking ahead here. They host NC State the week after this, and that game is projected to decide who comes out of the ACC Atlantic division and makes the ACC Championship.

I think that, and the fact that Wake Forest has to go on the road, is enough to believe that the Tar Heels can pull off the upset.

Alabama (-28.5) vs. LSU

I do not usually recommend big favorites in a rivalry game, but I am willing to make an exception in this case. The main reason I say that is because LSU is a team that looks defeated, and the breaking news regarding head coach Ed Orgeron being replaced at the end of this season is certainly creating a distraction.

If that was not enough, Alabama is coming off of a bye, and the Crimson Tide has had two weeks to prepare for the Tigers.

On top of this, there is a significant mismatch between Alabama’s offense and LSU’s defense. The Crimson Tide has the second-highest scoring offense in the country, while LSU has given up the third-most points in the conference.

To put that in perspective, the only teams in the SEC that have given up more points are Vanderbilt and Missouri.

With all of that in mind, the signs certainly point towards an Alabama cover here.

Oklahoma State (-3) at West Virginia

This is an underrated spot to bet the Cowboys, considering West Virginia is coming off a big win against Iowa State. Now, they are asked to come up big for a second straight week.

Something that I like about Oklahoma State is that they have been very reliable ATS this season, with the conference’s best record there at 6-2.

Also, this may surprise some, but in a conference that is more known for offense, Oklahoma State has the Big 12’s best defense, only allowing 18 points per game compared to 23 for West Virginia.

Considering all three points above, I would say Oklahoma State is a team you should look closely at.
