The Missouri Tigers football team has never won the SEC Championship Game.

Last Time Missouri Played in the SEC Championship?

The Tigers last played in the SEC Championship in 2014. After winning the SEC East Division, they lost to Alabama, 42-13.

It was the second straight division title for Missouri. A year earlier they lost to Auburn, 59-42, in the conference championship.

The Tigers didn’t win another division title before the SEC eliminated after the 2023 season and haven’t appeared in the SEC Championship Game since.

When Did Missouri Join the SEC?

The Tigers joined the Southeastern Conference in 2012. The move came after playing the Big 12 (and its predecessor the Big Eight) since 1928.

Missouri joined the SEC with fellow Big 12 member Texas A&M.
