ESPN's "College GameDay" first aired on Nov. 13, 1993. Since then, the premier college football preview show has crisscrossed the country for just about every fall Saturday, broadcasting in towns and on campuses that are home to the top games that day. This weekend will be a rare visit when Coastal Carolina hosts BYU.

It’s a well-deserving choice, no doubt. BYU is tied for the ninth-best national championship odds, while Coastal Carolina is tied for the 14th-best. BetMGM is the top spot to find these odds and all other college football betting lines.

But out of a few hundred shows in GameDay’s history, Saturday marks just the 16th time the show has gone to a Group of 5 conference school.
