Connor McDavid: BetMGM Brand Ambassador

Connor McDavid is used to making history. At 19 years old, he became the youngest team captain in NHL history when the Edmonton Oilers gave him the “C” patch in 2016. McDavid was a part of another historic announcement in March 2022 when he was named BetMGM’s newest brand ambassador, becoming the first active player in a major U.S. professional league to partner with a North American sportsbook.

McDavid joins Wayne Gretzky as one of the online sportsbook’s brand ambassadors, meaning BetMGM has partnered with the greatest hockey player of all time and the best active player. McDavid is the reigning NHL MVP after winning the Hart Memorial Trophy in 2021.
