So who are some of the young men who have already shown they can compete with the big names of English Premier League (EPL) soccer? Who are they, and who do they play for? Which soccer bet prediction could predict the next great EPL superstar?
We selected five players who currently (as of January 29) are still 20-years old or younger. But it has hardly mattered as their talents have shone through. The other thing these five players have in common? They are all potential contributors to the English national team program.
The Quintet

The following 20-and-under players are listed alphabetically:
Anthony Gordon, Everton -- An attacking midfielder, Gordon is viewed as a future star for Everton and already has proven to be a good setup man (five assists so far in 2020-21). Look for the 19-year old’s role to continue to grow, both for his club and for his country.
Mason Greenwood, Man. United -- It is hard to believe Greenwood has yet to turn 20-years old. He’s been a dangerous centre forward and sometimes will drift out wide on the right side to threaten from that angle. When counting all age levels, Greenwood has scored 65 career goals and posted 21 assists for his club, Manchester United. He also made his senior-level debut for England last fall against Iceland. The European football odds are on this young man becoming a big star.
Callum Hudson-Odoi, Chelsea -- A newly minted 20-year old, Hudson-Odoi is eligible to play for both England and Ghana, but he has come up through the English system. He scored 11 goals for the youth national teams and now had three caps for the senior side, posting an assist against Montenegro. He has been a rock on the left-wing for Chelsea this season.
Tariq Lamptey, Brighton -- Born in England but of Ghanaian descent, Lamptey moved from Chelsea to Brighton last season, and it has worked out well. He thrives at right-back, or right wing-back, and only last fall did he turn 20-years old. He has a long and fruitful career ahead of him in the EPL.
Bukayo Saka, Arsenal -- Saka is a deft distributor of the ball. Playing predominantly on the left-wing, he is a major part of Arsenal’s attack. Even at the tender age of 19, he has notched four international appearances for the senior English national team, contributing an assist against Ireland.
