The 2026 MLB All-Star Game is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on FOX.
Based on the latest MLB odds, the National League team is favored to defeat the American League squad for the second straight year. The NL, which won 7-6 via tiebreaker in 2025, has not won this event in back-to-back seasons since 2012.

I like the over (7.5) on the full-game line as my favorite prediction for the 2026 MLB All-Star Game.
Following last year’s 7-6 thriller, there have been 21 total runs scored in the past two All-Star Games. That’s a trend I’m comfortable counting on to continue this summer, especially given who is available.
Pitchers are more likely than hitters to sit out the All-Star Game if the event doesn’t align with their schedules.
For example, New York Yankees right-hander Cam Schlittler, who is the AL Cy Young odds favorite, won’t pitch out of fear of overthrowing on a recovery day. The NL will also be without Jacob Misiorowski due to arm fatigue.
In addition, Shohei Ohtani, Paul Skenes, Zack Wheeler, Tarik Skubal, and Logan Webb will all be unavailable to throw in the event. Suddenly, there is a lot more offensive star power compared to either pitching staff.
As a result, I like the over at 7.5 or better. I’d also be willing to back some offensive player props when those markets become available at BetMGM.
