Witt has an average sprint speed of 30.5 feet per second since entering the league in 2022. That is considered the fastest mark since MLB started tracking sprint speed in 2015.
Oddly enough, Witt’s speed hasn’t translated to being MLB’s leader in stolen bases. He’s actually been caught stealing 39 times in his four-year career.
