Chad, I just need to know if the salmon will dry out if I leave it in for 17 minutes versus 14. Let’s get this show on the road.

Now, to the main events.

UFC Fight Night: Hermansson vs. Vettori

Marvin Vettori improved to 16-4-1 with a unanimous decision over Jack Hermansson.

UFC 256: Figueiredo vs. Moreno

A pretty anticlimatic ending to this one as Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno fought to a majority draw.

UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Neal

It was all Stephen Thompson as the judges were unanimous in their decision (50-45, 50-45, 50-45) in the dominating performance over Geoff Neal.

UFC Fight Night: Holloway vs. Kattar

“50-42, 50-43, and 50-43,” said the judges, as Max Holloway owned Calvin Katta in this All-USA bout in mid-January.

UFC Fight Night: Chiesa vs. Magny

Another All-USA main event, and another mile-wide win by decision.

The judges blessed Michael Chiesa with a trio of 49-46 scores for a decision victory over Neil Magny.

UFC 257: Poirier vs. McGregor 2

It was all Dustin Poirier in the much-anticipated rematch as he handed Conor McGregor the first TKO of his career in the second round while getting his revenge.
