Bucks vs. Pacers Prediction: Best Bets & Odds for Game 2

  • Get expert betting predictions and analysis for Bucks vs. Pacers.
  • Indiana is -275 to win this Round 1 series.
  • The Pacers are 4.5-point favorites for Tuesday's Game 2.

After taking care of business in the series opener, the Indiana Pacers will host the Milwaukee Bucks at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday in Gainbridge Fieldhouse on NBA TV.

The Pacers cruised to a 117-98 win in Game 1, capitalizing on a Bucks team still missing Damian Lillard. The Milwaukee point guard is trending in the right direction and is now questionable for Game 2.

Here’s a look at the latest NBA betting lines for the Bucks vs. Pacers and my prediction ahead of Tuesdayโ€™s Game 2:

Bucks vs. Pacers Prediction: Game 2 Best Bet

Based on the updated NBA betting market, my Bucks vs. Pacers prediction is that Kyle Kuzma will score over 9.5 points (-130) in Tuesdayโ€™s Game 2. I’m fading the market, as the under has been the most-popular prop bet for this matchup at BetMGM.

Honestly, there is a chance this line improves before tipoff, as Kuzmaโ€™s performance on Saturday was meme-worthy. He didnโ€™t record a single statistic, going 0-for-5 from the floor in 22 minutes. It was an excellent day for cardio.

I like to fade any overreactions during the postseason, which is why it is valuable to support Kuzma after his disappointing performance.ย

Kuzma averaged 14.5 points per game over 32 games for the Bucks during the regular season. They need him to improve, particularly if Lillard isnโ€™t 100% in Game 2.

Honestly, the Bucks need any help after Giannis Antetokounmpo attempted to do it all by himself. He scored 36 points on 14-of-23 shooting, including 8-for-15 from the charity stripe. No other Milwaukee starter reached double figures.

If the Bucks follow that game plan, it could be a quick series, but I donโ€™t think that will be a problem.

Game 2 prediction: Kyle Kuzma Over 9.5 points (-130)
