Duke freshman forward Cameron Boozer is projected to be one of the top picks in the 2026 NBA Draft. He’s +450 to go No. 1 overall this summer, according to the updated odds at the BetMGM online sportsbook.
At +450, Boozer has an implied probability of 18.18% to be the first selection. He’s had the third-best odds in the market since it opened.
This season, Boozer is averaging 22.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 4.2 assists for the Blue Devils. Duke is the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Boozer will be one of the first names called in the 2026 NBA Draft, if any of the mock drafts are accurate.
Boozer is as high as the No. 1 pick in the latest mock draft at Yahoo Sports. CBS has him at No. 2, while ESPN projects him to go No. 3.
It’s safe to assume that Boozer will be one of the first three picks this year.
Last Time a Duke Player Went No. 1 Overall
Duke had a player go No. 1 overall last year, when Cooper Flagg was the first pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
Flagg became the sixth different Duke player to be the No. 1 overall pick, joining Art Heyman (1963), Elton Brand (1999), Kyrie Irving (2011), Zion Williamson (2019), and Paolo Banchero (2022).
The Blue Devils have also had five No. 2 selections and seven No. 3 picks.
