The Orlando Magic begin the 2025-26 NBA season with a win total of 51.5 at the BetMGM online sportsbook.

It marks the teamโ€™s highest preseason NBA betting over/under since 2010-11.

Magic Over/Under Wins 2025-26

  • Over 51.5 wins: -115
  • Under 51.5 wins: -105

Magic Win Total Prediction

  • Over 51.5 wins

Iโ€™m high on the Magic this year. I believe they are capable of making a Cavs-like leap, meaning they could claim a No. 1 or No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference after consecutive first-round exits.

Thatโ€™s why Jamahl Mosley is the rightful NBA Coach of the Year odds favorite.

Mosley did a phenomenal job with the Magic last season, given the circumstances. Orlando went 41-41 last year, but that was with Jalen Suggs playing 35 games while Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner both missed time with oblique injuries.

Not only should the Magic begin the season fully healthy, but they added Desmond Bane as a legitimate perimeter threat, which is something that has plagued this team in recent seasons.

Orlando ranked 26th in points per 100 possessions last year. This team hasnโ€™t finished higher than 17th in that metric since the 2011-12 season.

With the addition of Bane, the Magic should improve on the offensive end while maintaining their elite defensive status. They have ranked second in defensive rating the last two years.

The East is more open this year due to injuries, opening the door for Orlando to be one of the best teams in the conference.
