The Philadelphia 76ers are now favorites to win the Eastern Conference during the 2026-27 NBA season.
Philadelphia is the third different East favorite since this market opened, passing the New York Knicks after landing LeBron James in free agency. The Boston Celtics began as the conference frontrunners.
