Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander won his second MVP award in 2026, joining an exclusive list of basketball stars who have won back-to-back NBA MVPs.

But SGA also joined another prestigious list that’s arguably a bigger deal: Hall of Famers who have won at least two regular-season MVPs and one NBA Finals MVP.

As of 2026, there are only 12 players who have qualified.
