Who Will Win the West in the NBA?
Based on the latest NBA betting lines, Oklahoma City is expected to win the Western Conference finals in 2026. The Thunder are +175 to defend their throne in the West.
There hasn’t been a back-to-back winner in the West since the Golden State Warriors accomplished the feat five times in a row between 2015-19. However, Oklahoma City is well-positioned to end that drought.
The Thunder have been the No. 1 seed in the West for two consecutive seasons, winning 57 games in the 2023-24 campaign and 68 contests in 2024-25. Their core is made up of young stars who haven’t even reached their prime.
From a betting perspective, it’s more interesting to time the market for the best price on the Thunder.
