Coming off a 30-52 season, the Toronto Raptors are expected to improve based on the preseason NBA odds at the BetMGM online sportsbook.

The Raptors have a win total of 39.5 entering the 2025-26 campaign.

Raptors Over/Under Wins 2025-26

  • Over 39.5 wins: -110
  • Under 39.5 wins: -110

Raptors Win Total Prediction

  • Over 37.5 wins (Pick made Aug. 21)

The Raptors havenโ€™t made the playoffs since 2022. They havenโ€™t won a playoff series since 2020.

But all that could change in 2025-26, considering Toronto is among the most expensive teams in the latest NBA salary cap rankings.

When a franchise spends that much on a roster, itโ€™s reasonable to expect a competitive team.

Although the Raptors didnโ€™t make the playoffs last year, improved health could change their outlook.

Brandon Ingram, who was acquired at the trade deadline, didnโ€™t play a single game for Toronto. Immanuel Quickley only played 33 games. RJ Barrett and Jakob Poeltl both missed 20-plus contests.

According to Cleaning the Glass, the Raptors had seven different lineups that played more than 100 possessions all season. There wasnโ€™t much continuity with this team.

The market is already baking in improvement for Toronto, but the Eastern Conference is more vulnerable than ever. I wouldnโ€™t be surprised to see the Raptors flirt with .500 this year.
