The San Antonio Spurs can punch their ticket to the Western Conference finals when they face the Minnesota Timberwolves at 9:30 p.m. ET on Friday at Target Center on Prime Video.

- Julius Randle under 20.5 points + assists (-115)
I like the under on Julius Randle’s points + assists combo line (20.5) for my Spurs vs. Timberwolves Game 6 prediction.
Randle is a quality player, but his ceiling in high-leverage playoff situations is worth questioning. He’s struggled in Round 2, failing to clear this combo line in each of the past four games. Randle is averaging 13.3 points and 1.5 assists on 21.7% usage over that span.
Of course, a lot of that is San Antonio’s defense, which has posted the best defensive rating in this postseason after finishing third in the regular season in that metric.
However, this has also become a bit of a pattern. Randle averaged 14.8 points and 3.5 assists on a 22.7% usage during last year’s Western Conference finals.
The market has already responded, trimming the line from 22.5 earlier in the series down to 20.5. Even so, there’s still enough value on the under at -120 or better.
With San Antonio’s defense showing no signs of letting up and Randle’s recent form pointing in one direction, the under remains the play in Game 6.
