With losses by Arizona and UCLA in the Sweet 16 of the 2022 NCAA Tournament, the conference’s title drought was extended to 25 years. But despite significant roster turnover for both the Bruins and Wildcats, they’re both among the top 10 teams in national championship odds at the sportsbook.
