1. BetMGM is offering new and existing customers the opportunity to participate in a leaderboard promotion where players earn leaderboard points (“Leaderboard Points”) based on their winning real-money wagers of at least $10 with minimum +100 odds on any market. 4. The Players Era In Vegas (“Promotion”) is open to BetMGM Sportsbook account (“Account”) holders. By submitting your information and creating a BetMGM Account, however, you will be required to agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and you will be required to create an MGM Rewards Program (“Program”) account and agree to the Program terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy of MGM Resorts International. If you do not agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you cannot create a BetMGM Account or participate in this Promotion. Additionally, any individual with a BetMGM account on any product in one (1) or more jurisdictions where the Sponsor operates, that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may.

14. In the event of a tie between the winning positions, the tiebreaker will be determined by the most 500+ and greater bets won. If users are still tied after that tiebreaker, the next tiebreaker will be determined by the average points received per winning bet.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

35. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion (or any portion of the Promotion) for any reason, including, without limitation, should an error, virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or issue corrupt, restrict, prevent or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Promotion and, in such situation, to select the winner from the remaining eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Promotion or winning the prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor determines a Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participant or Sponsor’s representatives. 36. Each entrant must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the email account associated with the entrant’s submitted email address (if provided). If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the BetMGM account provided. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

38. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

42. This Promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this Promotion if you are not located in the United States and, more specifically, comply with eligibility requirements set forth herein. The use of any automated devices in connection with this Promotion is prohibited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections, whether human, technical, or otherwise in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Promotion should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment resulting from or relating to participation in this Promotion or downloading/uploading any material related to this Promotion. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. In the event of a dispute, the Potential Winner may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized holder of the identified e-mail account.
43. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall in no way affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision hereof. Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and the balance of these Terms & Conditions shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms & Conditions did not contain such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.

WINNER’S SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

45. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. If required by Sponsor, these documents will be sent out to the potential winners by email along with instructions on how to return them to Sponsor. In addition, each potential winner’s guest, if any, may (in sponsor’s sole discretion) be required to execute and return a release of liability as directed in order to participate in the prize as the winner’s guest. The selected potential winners may be required to provide their U.S. Social Security Number for tax purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate winner. Sponsor may share each potential winner’s name and contact information with Promotion Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Upon completion and acceptance of the Affidavit, and once a potential winner provides the necessary proof of travel documents, if any, then he or she will be declared the winner.
46. In order to be verified as a winner and receive the Prize, potential winner must be in good standing with MGM Resorts and Sponsor including without limitation being current on all accounts and not previously excluded from any properties or services, and not be excluded under any applicable state regulations. If requested by Sponsor, potential winner must be willing to voluntarily submit to and complete a background check as a condition of continued eligibility.
47. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU OR YOUR ENTRY IS IDENTIFIED AND/OR CONTACTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE CLOSE OF THIS PROMOTION, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE A PARTICIPANT WILL BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.
48. A selected potential winner may be disqualified (and may forfeit the prize) if such selected potential winner (i) is unreachable or does not timely respond to any communication from Sponsor (or its designee) (or if a winner notification is returned as undeliverable), (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason, (iii) fails to sign and return Affidavit within the required time period, and/or (iv) does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event that a selected potential winner is disqualified and/or is unable to satisfy the requirements herein, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award the Prize to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries (if necessary and time permitting) who successfully meets the requirements to receive the Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Prize if Sponsor is unable to identify an eligible alternate winner (if any) to accept the Prize.

PRIZES:

49. Winner will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and valid credit card at the time of check-in to cover incidentals and fees/services not included in the prize. A representative from BetMGM will coordinate booking the stay with the winners.
50. The two (2) tickets for each session awarded are valid for the Players Era from Monday, November 24, 2025 through Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at MGM Grand Garden Arena or Michelob Ultra Arena. Seating type and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize must be used for the event date listed above.
51. The two (2) tickets awarded are valid for the “Players Era Men’s College Basketball Welcome Party” taking place at “On The Record at Park MGM” on 11/23/25. Seating type and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize must be used for the event date listed above.
52. Prizes received from this Promotion are non-transferable and are subject to availability (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
53. A representative from BetMGM will coordinate booking the stay with the winners. Verified winners must check in on Sunday, November 23, 2025 and check out on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
54. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each PRIZE is $5,000. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of prize may vary based on, among other things, winner’s city of departure. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any prize with an actual retail value (“ARV”) of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for the ARV of prize for the year in which prize was won.
55. Winner will be required to present a government-issued photo ID and major valid credit card at the time of hotel check-in to cover incidentals and fees/services not included in the prize. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the winner at the time of check-out and will be applied to the credit card on file.
56. All details of prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply. Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
57. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all expenses and travel costs including, but not limited to, all transportation, meals, incidental, surcharges, service charge or facility charges, personal charges at hotel, taxes or other expense, are the responsibility of each winner and his/her guest(s). Prizes are subject to availability, blackout days (which may include holidays, weekends and/or special events) and certain other restrictions. Limit one (1) prize per person. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all elements of a prize must be used in the same stay. Each guest of winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, provided that the guest of a winner may be under the age of twenty-one (21) if the winner is the parent or legal guardian of such guest. If applicable, the prize is also subject to terms and conditions set forth in applicable prize certificate. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater retail value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The value of the prize set forth above represent Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ERV thereof, and the actual fair market value of the prize will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed. Actual value of prize may vary based on time of stay and other factors. Each winner is responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
58. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING, OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT DESCRIBED ABOVE.
59. TRAVEL MUST TAKE PLACE ON THE DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. TRAVEL COMPANIONS MUST BE 21+. THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND THEIR TRAVEL COMPANIONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LIABILITY PRIOR TO TRAVEL. IF THE POTENTIAL WINNER ELECTS TO TRAVEL OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE WITH NO TRAVEL COMPANIONS, THE COMPANION’S ROOMS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND TICKETS, IF ANY WILL BE FORFEITED AND NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE TRAVEL COMPANION PORTION OF PRIZE.
60. NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILATES, EMPLOYEEES, OR AGENTS, SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE, TRAVEL, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S OR A TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
61. THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
62. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of prize destination, as determined by Sponsor, and to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value. Travel and hotel arrangements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest (if any) must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner’s guest (if any) must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of winner notification. Winner and guest (if any) are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable) prior to travel. In the event that the winner or his/her guest (if any) are unable to obtain a passport or visa prior to trip departure date outlined above the winner in question will forfeit the prize in its entirety and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize(s), and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.
63. All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any element of a Prize) for one of equal or greater retail value. The value of Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the Prize’s ARV, and the actual fair market value of the Prizes will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged. Any federal, state, and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs associated with the Prizes.
64. The Prizes are subject to certain Terms and Conditions as specified by the Sponsor. Restrictions may apply. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prizes and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.
65. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of winner and guest (if any). Winner and guest, if any, must comply with all applicable prize venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize. If winner chooses to redeem and/or participate in any portion of the prize with no guest, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligations to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply.
66. No changes may be made by the winner (or their guests) to the Prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made.
67. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, stated on-air, published online, or otherwise communicated to a potential winner, no potential winner of will be entitled to receive the Prize until Sponsor has verified such potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions and until such potential winner has completed and submitted all documents required by Sponsor.
68. In order to receive the Prize, winner(s) may be required to (i) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, state, or territory of the United States or by the United States federal government; (ii) complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 in its entirety, including with the winner(s) valid United States taxpayer identification number or social security number; and/or (iii) provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor, including without limitation, one or more liability release agreements relieving Sponsor, their parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, prize provider and others from any and all liability with respect to Participant’s participation in this Promotion and the receipt and/or use of the Prize. Any person who refuses to present a valid government-issued photo ID, to provide a valid social security number, and/or to provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor by the deadline will forfeit any and all prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to examine identification and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding the Prize based on the identification presented.
