Indiana has fought an uphill battle toward the right side of the NCAA Tournament bubble all year.

The Hoosiers seemed to have finally secured a good position last month with wins against Purdue, UCLA, and Wisconsin – the latter two of which each came by a single point.

But now, with Indiana finishing 1-6 in its final seven games – including a 13-point loss to 15th-seeded Northwestern in the Big Ten tournament – the Hoosiers are once again in danger of falling on the wrong side of the tournament cutline.

Indiana NCAA Tournament Prediction

I am predicting Indiana will not make the 2026 NCAA Tournament.

The Hoosiers’ bad results to end the year ruined any progress they made in late January and early February. With bad stats and only three Quad 1 wins, there may be too many other deserving teams for Indiana to crack the First Four.
