Saint Louis was the victim of a classic crazy March finish in Saturday’s Atlantic 10 semifinal. 

Presumably, the primary beneficiary of the loss was VCU, which now has an easier path to the conference title and may avoid the First Four as a result.

As for the Billikens, they must now wait to see what the NCAA selection committee does with their 28-win resume.
