On Thursday, Villanova suffered an embarrassing loss in the Big East Tournament to No. 11 seed Georgetown.

The Hoyas physically dominated Villanova, outrebounding the Wildcats and pulling away in the final 10 minutes.

It’s a potentially bad signal for a program that hasn’t made the NCAA Tournament since 2022.
