Week 14 is upon us in the NFL, which means there’s another slate of totals to bet. BetMGM has the latest NFL odds, and for those that have been paying attention, there have been some excellent NFL total opportunities to take advantage of this season.

Here are four over/under bets that deserve a look.

Ravens at Browns Under 42.5

These two teams meet for the second time in three weeks, and if this meeting goes anything like the last one, I love the under here. In their previous game, these teams combined for 26 total points.

I expect a similarly low-scoring game this time around. Part of the reason is that both of these teams love to run the ball. As a result, both teams rush for 147.1 yards per game, which is tied for the third-best mark in the league.

However, even if one team fails to run effectively like the Cleveland Browns did last time (only rushing for 40), I’d still expect a lack of scoring. In their previous game, the two teams combined for six turnovers. The Baltimore Ravens currently have the third-worst turnover margin in the NFL at -8.

A few turnovers and offensive drives that eat a lot of the clock should help keep this game under the total.

Seahawks at Texans Under 41

Last week, a Seattle Seahawks game went over the closing total for just the second time this season. Usually, Seattle is one of the most reliable under teams in the NFL, with 10 of 12 games going under the total.

The Houston Texans are nearly as reliable in this category, with eight of their 12 games going under this season.

Houston is last in the NFL in points per game (13.7), and the Seahawks are a team that struggles to control the ball, ranking last in time of possession per game (24:54).

With a team that can’t control the football taking on a team that generally can’t score, I am confident this game will remain under the total.

Giants at Chargers Under 43

For me, this is mainly a pick against the New York Giants‘ ability to score points. The Giants’ offense has scored just 22 total points in their last two games.

On top of this, New York is dealing with a lot of QB uncertainty, with starter Daniel Jones dealing with a neck injury and backup Mike Glennon suffering a concussion during last week’s loss against the Miami Dolphins. The Giants might have to play QB Jake Fromm, who they just signed off the Buffalo Bills‘ practice squad.

They also don’t get a lot of help from their running game, ranking 26th in the NFL in rushing yards per game (90.8).

Given all of that, on top of the fact that the Los Angeles Chargers allow the seventh-fewest passing yards per game (209.5), I expect this to be a low-scoring affair.

Lions vs. Broncos Under 42

The Denver Broncos have been a very reliable under team all season, with the league’s best under record at 10-2.

They like to control the clock, ranking sixth in the NFL in time of possession (31:34), and do not allow many points, allowing the third-fewest in the NFL (18.2).

Neither of these teams scores many points, averaging a combined total of just over 36 points per game.

Assuming these trends keep up, I like this game to go under the total.
