After four weeks of football action, the top teams in the NFL have been established. Now, in Week 5, NFL football odds get tighter, and the underdog has the potential to pay out more than in previous weeks.

Let’s look at some of the best money line bets for Week 5.

Thursday Night Game: Los Angeles Rams at Seattle Seahawks (+2)

This Thursday night game takes place in the NFC West when the Los Angeles Rams visit the Seattle Seahawks. This game could be one of the most critical matchups of the week.

The Rams lost in Week 4 to the Arizona Cardinals 37-20. So, they’ll be looking to rebound against the 2-2 Seahawks, who won a big road game last week against the San Francisco 49ers.

Since the Rams are one game behind the first-place Cardinals, a win against Seattle would be huge.

Both teams have struggled on defense so far this season, with Seattle allowing 25 points per game and the Rams allowing 24.8. There should be plenty of scoring opportunities on Thursday night in Seattle.

The Rams (-135) are the favorites on the road against the Seahawks (+115).

I like the value here for the Seahawks at home. Quarterback Russell Wilson hasn’t thrown an interception this season.

If the Seahawks avoid turnovers, they could win big against the Rams and be tied for second place in the NFC West.

Green Bay Packers at Cincinnati Bengals (+3.5)

Another game that I like in Week 5 is when Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers (-175) visit the Cincinnati Bengals (+150).

The Bengals eked out a win last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, scoring all 24 of their points in the second half. Quarterback Joe Burrow threw for 348 yards and tossed two touchdowns to tight end C.J. Uzomah.

In Green Bay, the Packers won more convincingly against the ailing Pittsburgh Steelers, 27-17. Rodgers threw two touchdown passes to wide receiver Randall Cobb, who returned to the team this year.

The Packers are 1-1 on the road, while the Bengals are 2-0 at home. Both teams are now 3-1 at the top of their divisions.

I believe that there could be value in taking the Bengals here because I’m not sure if Green Bay can keep up with the Bengals if Joe Burrow has another game like last week.

Money Line Bets from Around the NFL

If you’re looking for additional money line bets from around the league in Week 5, you could start with the New York Jets (+155) vs. the Atlanta Falcons (-185).

The Jets won their first game of the season last week at home against the Tennessee Titans. Meanwhile, the Falcons scored 30 points and still lost at home to the Washington Football Team.

Elsewhere, the Denver Broncos (+100) will take on the Steelers (-120). And the Cleveland Browns (-105) will have a challenging road game against the Los Angeles Chargers (-110).

The Sunday night game will be a rematch of the AFC Championship when the Buffalo Bills (+120) face the Kansas City Chiefs (-145).

Finally, on Monday night, the Indianapolis Colts (+250) will be the underdog for the second week in a row when they take on the Baltimore Ravens (-300).
