It’s the start of another week in the 2021 NFL season. In Week 6, the first-place Arizona Cardinals (5-0) will take on the high-scoring Cleveland Browns (3-2). NFL odds this week have the Browns as 2.5-point favorites.

The question for bettors is whether the football spreads have it right. For example, should the only undefeated team in the NFL be underdogs against a Browns team that gave up 47 last week?

This matchup should be one of the top games for Week 6.

Arizona Cardinals: Recap of Last Week

Last week, the Cardinals had a tough divisional matchup at home against the San Francisco 49ers. Although the 49ers were without starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, their first-round draft pick, Trey Lance, has strong potential.

The Cardinals’ defense was the big story of the game, containing Lance to under 200 yards in passing with an interception. Even though he was the team’s leading rusher, the Cardinals stopped him at the goal line early in the second quarter, which set the tone for their victory in Week 5.

Quarterback Kyler Murray had a below-average game, while the strongest performance came from the defensive unit. That will drive momentum into their Week 6 matchup against the Browns, one of the highest-scoring teams in the league.

Cardinals vs. Browns NFL Odds This Week

If you’re looking for NFL odds this week, this game is going to be a good one.

Let’s start with the money line: Cardinals (+115) vs. Browns (-135).

The only explanation for the Cardinals to be a slight underdog — even though they are the only undefeated team left in the NFL — might be from their low-scoring game last week against the 49ers.

The Browns scored 42 points against the Los Angeles Chargers, and they still lost. In the fourth quarter, they gave up 26 points to the Chargers, allowing Justin Herbert to throw for almost 400 yards and four touchdown passes.

I’ll be looking for the Cardinals’ offense to springboard back to life in Week 6. A 5-0 team at +115? They’re also getting points for the spread: Cardinals +2.5.

There’s no way these NFL odds hold all week, so you should get your bets in early for this one.

As for the total over-under at 53.5, I think that’s a little conservative for the time being as well. I don’t think the Cardinals will give up over 30 points to the Browns.

I believe the Cardinals are the best team in the NFL, and they showed in Week 5 that they can win a challenging game where the offense falters a bit.

I like the Cardinals to win this one 28-24.

The Cardinals Are the Best Team in the NFL

In my opinion, the Cardinals are the best team in the league. There’s a great opportunity in Week 6 to catch some early odds with these favorable opening lines.

Against the Browns, the Cardinals should prove themselves once again to be an elite football squad. They opened their season as the underdog against the Tennessee Titans, and they haven’t looked back. I expect them to come into this game and remind everyone why they’re the only undefeated team in the league. They’ll want to prove the NFL odds this week wrong.
