Below, bettors can find my two best anytime TD scorer predictions based on NFL odds.

Sunday’s slate features the usual suspects owning lofty anytime touchdown prices. Odds price Bijan Robinson, Derrick Henry and Christian McCaffrey as the likeliest players to score.

However, I’m looking at two wide receivers for the Sunday action. Let’s dive into the predictions.

2 Best Anytime TD Scorer Predictions for Week 2

Justin Jefferson (+130) vs Chicago Bears

The Bears defense looked abysmal against the Carolina Panthers. A return home shouldn’t change their fortunes against a superior offense.

Jefferson scored two touchdowns last week against Green Bay. While we can debate the circumstances behind those scores, he gets an extremely favorable matchup.

The LSU alum should draw Tyrique Stevenson in coverage on Sunday. Last week, Stevenson surrendered four receptions for 77 yards and two touchdowns against the Panthers.

Even with J.J. McCarthy starting both games against Chicago, Jefferson performed well.

In Week 1, Jefferson caught four receptions on seven targets with a touchdown. In Week 11, he caught five receptions on nine targets, but he failed to score.

Since last season, the Bears have allowed at least one touchdown pass in all but one game. Their lone success came against the Shedeur Sanders-led Browns.

Accordingly, I predict Jefferson finds the end zone for the second straight game.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba (+125) at Arizona Cardinals

I’m selling Arizona’s Week 1 defensive performance against a confused offense. In Week 2, I expect the Seahawks to move the ball well on a bad secondary.

Smith-Njigba looked somewhat quarterback-proof against New England. Including a touchdown reception, he caught eight receptions on 11 targets for 122 yards.

Arizona allowed Justin Herbert to throw a touchdown pass to WR1 Ladd McConkey in Week 1. The defense, albeit with injuries piling up, struggled to defend Seattle’s offense last year.

Smith-Njigba caught four receptions on five targets for 79 yards in Week 4. Five games later in Seattle, he caught five passes for 93 yards and a touchdown.

He also gets a favorable matchup based on Arizona’s defensive tendencies in Week 1.

The Cardinals defense played two-high coverage at the league’s second-highest rate. Last year, Smith-Njigba ranked amongst the best pass catchers against the scheme.

The 2025 Offensive Player of the Year ranked fifth in yards per route run and seventh in DVOA against two-high coverage.

Against any type of zone coverage: second in yards per route run & DVOA. Last week, Arizona played zone at a 76.1% clip.
