Joe Brady enters his second full season as the Bills’ offensive coordinator.
Brady replaced Ken Dorsey midway through the 2023 season. Buffalo hired him to join the team before the 2022 season.
To begin, Brady worked as the Bills’ QB coach. He earned the interim OC title in his second year with the team.
Last year, Brady led a strong offense. The Bills ranked second in points per game and scored 30 or more 13 times.
This year marks Brady’s eighth in the NFL:
- Saints: Offensive Assistant (2017-18)
- Panthers: OC (2020-21)
- Bills: QB’s Coach/OC (2022-25)
Brady also spent time working in the NCAA.
In 2019, he headed LSU’s passing game and worked with WR’s.
To start, Brady spent two seasons as a William & Mary LB’s coach. From 2015-16, he worked at Penn State as a grad assistant.
