Based on the Chiefs’ team total line, I predict the Chiefs offense finishes Over 29.5 Points (-118).
Weather appears a non-factor in Sunday’s game. Additionally, bettors are getting a Chiefs offense that has cleared this benchmark in three straight games.
A part of me worries it’s a trap spot as a result. However, Las Vegas has struggled against good offenses this year. At Washington and Indianapolis, the team allowed 41 and 40 points.
This Patrick Mahomes-led offense is the hardest opponent to date for Las Vegas. Kansas City ranks second in offensive DVOA having faced the 12th-hardest set of defenses.
Additionally, they’ve cleared this number in three straight games.

Based on Kansas City’s powerful offensive record and the Raiders’ bad record against good offenses, my Chiefs vs Raiders prediction is the Chiefs Team Total Over.
A lot will go into this prediction, which I want to evaluate it later in the week.
Presumably, this line comes in at 28.5, based on implied math against the over/under. Kansas City has cleared that benchmark in two of the last three.
Health issues obviously impacted that success. Now, they’re fully healthy on offense, which ranks second in offensive DVOA, per ftnfantasy.com.
Las Vegas has allowed only two opponents to clear this number. Both scored at least 40 points in the process.
The tricky part? Once came to Washington with the Raiders off MNF and the Commanders off TNF. The second came indoors against the Colts.
In addition to waiting for the line, I want to see the weather report for Sunday’s game.
Assuming idyllic conditions, Kansas City’s offense likely dominates. To date, Las Vegas hasn’t faced a better opponent by offensive DVOA.
That said, I’ll wait until later in the week to get a line and potential weather impact.
