Klayton Adams is the Dallas Cowboys’ offensive coordinator in 2025.
Adams joins the Cowboys after two years with the Cardinals. Dallas marks Adams’ third NFL stop.
The 42-year-old Adams has worked in the NFL since 2019:
- Colts: Asst. O-Line Coach (2019-20), TE’s Coach (2021-22)
- Cardinals: O-Line Coach (2023-24)
Before the Colts, Adams spent many years in the NCAA.
He began in 2005 as a Boise State grad assistant. Adams then spent four seasons in D-II and the FCS.
His first two came at D-II Western Washington. Then, he moved to FCS Sacramento State to work with tight ends and the O-Line.
In 2011, Adams joined San Jose St. as a TE’s coach. He tailed that role with a six-year stop at Colorado:
- 2013-15: RB’s/TE’s Coach
- 2016-17: O-Line Coach
- 2018: Co-OC/O-Line Coach
