It’s officially NFL Draft season as we’re fast approaching April 28, Round 1, where the best college football players will find new homes.
Some of the biggest names are Evan Neal out of Alabama and Kayvon Thibodeaux from Oregon.
Both of these two talented players have been atop the list of speculation, in terms of where they might ultimately be selected.
Neal’s Over/Under on where he was going to be selected opened at 1.5, with that number dropping all the way to 4.5, which has presented some of the largest line movement at the BetMGM online sportsbook.
Breaking down the wagers, 85% of the tickets are on Neal being selected after the fourth pick in the draft along with 93% of the handle.
As for Thibodeaux, his number opened at 4.5 and is down to 5.5, with the under 5.5 emerging as a big favorite at -250 with 73% of the tickets on Thibodeaux to be selected in the top five, with that number holding 74% of the handle as well.
In addition to Neal and Thibodeaux, Ahmad Gardner from the Cincinnati Bearcats has seen his Over/Under on where he will be selected rise from 7.5 to 5.5.
With 93% of the tickets on Gardner going higher than his total, the public is supporting this notion, with that number also holding 96% of the handle.
Lastly, another player seeing some line movement at the top of the draft is Derek Stingley Jr. out of LSU, who opened with odds at a draft position of 12.5, and has since seen that number climb to 10.5.
Stingley Jr. has odds of -130 to go in the top 10 and a large percentage of the public agrees with that, with 91% of tickets and 98% of the handle on the under.
