Brad Idzik enters his second season as Dave Canales’ offensive coordinator for the Panthers.
This marks the third straight season Idzik and Canales have worked together. Prior to Carolina, Idzik worked as the Buccaneers’ wide receivers coach in 2023.
Before linking up with Canales in Tampa Bay, Idzik accumulated a few years of NFL experience with the Seahawks.
In his first two seasons, Idzik worked as the Seahawks’ assistant wide receivers coach. He returned to that role for his final year (2022) in Seattle.
During the 2021 season, Idzik worked as Seattle’s assistant quarterbacks coach. He added offensive quality control responsibilities that season.
Before his tenure in Seattle, Idzik worked for five seasons as a graduate assistant with Stanford.
