NFL odds in the offseason can vary depending on how many additions teams make. Some franchises needed to upgrade at wide receiver and did so through the draft.

The Packers, for example, lost one of the best wideouts in the league and yet are still in the top-five in Super Bowl odds. That’s partly because of the receivers they picked up, one important one being in the NFL Draft.

Here’s a ranking of the NFL wide receivers who have the best chances of winning Rookie of the Year.

Best NFL Rookie Wide Receivers

1. Christian Watson / Green Bay Packers

Watson will have ample opportunities to shine with the Packers after they lost Davante Adams. If Aaron Rodgers is going to maintain his MVP form, he’ll need to throw to someone, and Watson’s athleticism may set him apart immediately.

2. Drake London / Atlanta Falcons

London showcased the type of brilliant receiver he could be at USC. While he has the best Rookie of the Year odds among receivers, he doesn’t have an ideal situation in the Falcons’ offense with Marcus Mariota as the likely starter. Defenses may look to heavily focus on London immediately.

3. Chris Olave / New Orleans Saints

With the Saints, Olave is in a different situation compared to London. He’s surrounded by playmakers like Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara and Jarvis Landry, which may limit Olave’s targets, at least in Year 1. But if Jameis Winston does develop chemistry with Olave, the former Ohio State star has the refined skill set to succeed immediately.

4. Jameson Williams / Detroit Lions

There’s no question about Williams’ talent, as he might end up being the best receiver among this draft class with the Lions. But after he tore his ACL in the College Football Playoff national championship, his health is a concern. However, if he recovers in time to play enough games in 2022, Williams should be on the radar for this award.

5. Skyy Moore / Kansas City Chiefs

Moore is a bit of a dark horse considering he’s the only wideout on this list who wasn’t drafted in the first round. But he has a shot to take the mantle of the go-to receiver in this offense after Tyreek Hill was traded to the Dolphins.
