  • The 3M Open is July 24-27 from TPC Twin Cities.
  • Sam Burns (+1600) has the best odds to win.
  • Tony Finau has had a ton of success at this event over the years.

Following the final major of the season with the British Open, the PGA Tour will head to Minnesota for the 3M Open from TPC Twin Cities.

It is not a PGA Tour signature event, so many top players are taking the week off. With that being said, a few stars are in the field, including Sam Burns and Tony Finau.

Burns has the best odds to win going into the event at +1600.

The event has been around since 2019 and has been played at TPC Twin Cities every year. Past history shows it will be a birdie-fest, as the winning score has been 15-under or better each edition of the tournament.

Longer hitters have had success here, with Finau and Cameron Champ both being past winners.

3M Open Prediction

Sam Burns is predicted to win the 3M Open with a 5.88% implied probability, according to betting markets. Maverick McNealy is next at 5.26%.

Implied probability is the overall chance of a potential outcome in relation to the odds.

3M Open Prop Bets

Max Greyserman Outright Winner (+3300)

Greyserman has been real solid the last year-plus, but still looking to break through with his first career PGA Tour win.ย

Dating back to last year, heโ€™s totaled 19 top-25 finishes.ย

Although heโ€™s only played TPC Twin Cities once (last year), he finished solo second, including shooting a final-round 63.

Tony Finau Top-10 Finish (+300)

Itโ€™s been a disappointing year for Finau, who has just one top-10 finish in 17 starts.ย

But, sometimes good vibes at a course can turn things around, and that could be the case for Finau this week.ย

Finau has gained the most strokes here over the last five years, including a win in 2022, along with two other top-10 finishes.

Michael Thorbjornsen Top-20 Finish (+160)

Thorbjornsen is one of the up-and-coming stars of the PGA Tour, and also one of the longer hitters in the game.

This should be a good course hit for the 23-year-old, who has finished T-21 or better in three straight starts.
