It’s the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am this week, the first PGA Tour signature event of the season.
Players will play Spyglass Hills and Pebble Beach Golf Links on Thursday and Friday before just Pebble Beach on Saturday and Sunday.
The amateur portion of the event is the first two rounds.
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler headlines the field, while Rory McIlroy will be making his season debut.
The courses are not long and are known for their small greens. Longer hitters do not have much of an advantage, and it will come down to who puts themselves in the best positions off the tee as well as with approach shots.
When it comes to golf betting this week, I will be focusing on players who have the best Strokes Gained: Approach, Proximity 100-125 yards, Good Drives Gained, Opportunities Gained and Strokes Gained: Putting.

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Prediction
Scottie Scheffler is predicted to win the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am with a 25% implied probability, according to betting markets. Rory McIlroy is next at 7.69%.
Implied probability is the overall chance of a potential outcome in relation to the odds.
AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Best Bets
Russell Henley Outright Winner +2800
PGA Tour signature events are some of the hardest to handicap, with all the best players in the game teeing it up. With that said, generally, the top players on the odds board win.
Of the 24 signature events, 16 have been won by a player who opened the week at +3500 odds or shorter.
Henley is one of the best players in the world who is not getting much attention, as he’s currently No. 6.
He isn’t one of the longer hitters on the game and relies on precise iron play and strong putting. That should favor him this week.
Additionally, he finished T-5 here a year ago.
Lastly, he has a T-19 and a T-9 in his two starts this season, but he has gained 1.56 Strokes Gained: Approach in those starts. If he can get his putter going, like he’s very capable of, he should be in the mix come Sunday.
Justin Rose Top-10 Finish +220
Rose is coming off a win in his last start at the Farmers Insurance Open, and now is coming to a place he has a tremendous track record at, including winning in 2023.
In seven appearances here, Rose has four T-6 or better finishes and three straight of T-11 or better.
Tom Hoge Top-20 Finish +275
Hoge doesn’t come into the event in the greatest form, missing the cut at the WM Phoenix Open and a T-70 at the Farmers Insurance, but this is arguably his best event on the PGA Tour.
Not only did he win here in 2022, but he also has three other top-20 finishes in the last five years, including T-17 last year.
