In advance of the Open Championship, many of the top players on the PGA Tour and DP World Tour will be teeing it up in Scotland for the Genesis Scottish Open.
The Renaissance Club will be hosting the event once again, like it has every year since 2019.

Given it is links golf and the weather can be unpredictable, it’s hard to rely solely on metrics this week. Especially since the PGA Tour players in the field rarely play courses like this.

Genesis Scottish Open Prediction
Scottie Scheffler is predicted to win the Genesis Scottish Open with a 14.29% implied probability, according to betting markets. Rory McIlroy is next at 9.09%.
Implied probability is the overall chance of a potential outcome in relation to the odds.

Tyrrell Hatton Outright Winner (+3300)
Hatton is able to compete this week, along with Jon Rahm, since this is a co-sanctioned event with the DP World Tour, of which both are members.
Hatton won his last LIV Golf event (Andalucia) and finished T-7 at the U.S. Open, so he enters in good form. He also has a solid course history here, with a T-6 in 2023 and a T-24 in 2022.
He’s played a ton of links golf, so he may have a slight advantage over many of the PGA Tour players who predominantly play in the United States.
Hatton is knocking on the door of his first career major, and although this isn’t one, it is a prestigious event against a solid field.
Wyndham Clark Top-10 Finish (+225)
Clark is simply playing too well to ignore at the moment.
Dating back to the CJ Cup Byron Nelson, his worst finish is T-11 over five events, and he’s won two of them. Specific to The Renaissance Club, he’s finished inside the top 25 in all four of his appearances.
This feels like great value given his form and course history.
Tom Kim Top-20 Finish (+240)
This is similar to Clark, where Kim’s course history is too hard to ignore.
In four appearances, his worst finish has been T-17, and that includes two top-six finishes. Not to mention, Kim is playing his best golf of the season, logging a T-15 at the RBC Canadian Open and a solo third at the U.S. Open in the last month.
