The Truist Championship was held at The Philadelphia Cricket Club from May 8-11. Since Quail Hollow was hosting the PGA Championship the following week, a new course was needed and Truist took over from Wells Fargo as the event sponsor.
Since it was a signature event, all the best players were in the field.
In an exciting event, Sepp Straka ended up winning for the second time this season on the PGA Tour.
At 16-under, he won by two shots over Justin Thomas and Shane Lowry.
