The course record at Royal Troon is 63. Phil Mickelson and Henrik Stenson accomplished the feat the last time the Open Championship was held at the course back in 2016.

Mickelson’s came in the opening round, while Stenson’s came in the final round.

Lowest British Open Round

The lowest British Open round in history is a 62, shot by Branden Grace in the third round of the 2017 event at Royal Birkdale.
