Sunday is a big day on the PGA Tour.
Following the FedEx St. Jude Championship, the first of three PGA Tour playoff events, only the top 50 in the season-long standings will advance to the BMW Championship. Not only that, those 50 players will qualify for the 2027 PGA Tour signature events.
One of those players on the bubble is Jordan Spieth.
Where Does Jordan Spieth Need to Finish to Qualify for BMW Championship?
Jordan Spieth needs to finish solo 23rd or better to qualify for the BMW Championship and get into the top 50 of the FedEx Cup standings.
Spieth enters the final round tied for 19th at 4-under. It’s likely he will need an under-par round on Sunday.
[UPDATE]: Spieth did not qualify after finishing T-19. He shot even-par in the final round.
