The final event of the regular season will be the Wyndham Championship, August 6-9, from Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina.
While not a PGA Tour signature event, a number of stars are in the field, including defending champion Cameron Young, Hideki Matsuyama and Justin Thomas.
Young has the best odds to win at +850.
The Donald Ross design is one of the shorter courses on Tour, so distance is not a prerequisite to play well.
Winning scores have been between 15 and 22-under the last 11 years, so plenty of birdies will be made.

Cameron Young is predicted to win the Rocket Classic with a 10.53% implied probability, according to betting markets. Jackson Koivun is next at 5.26%.

This will be close to a home game for Gerard as he is from Raleigh and went to the University of North Carolina. And while the two missed cuts in his two appearances here are a bit concerning, he’s playing the best golf of his career.
Gerard comes into the week with back-to-back top-10 finishes, including a T-9 at the Open Championship.
He’s gained strokes putting in seven straight events, and if his putter can get really hot, he has a good chance of earning his second career PGA Tour win.
Cameron Young Top-10 Finish (+105)
Believe it or not, Young won for the first time on the PGA Tour here last year, winning by six shots. A lot has changed for Young as he’s now No. 3 in the Official World Golf Rankings.
Like Gerard, he enters in solid form with back-to-back top-10 finishes, including a solo second at the Open Championship.
As the best player in the field, plus odds to finish inside the top 10 feel like solid value.
