The Washington Wizards opened the 2020-21 season with a loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, which was followed by four more losses to eventual non-playoff teams – Chicago Bulls (twice) and Orlando Magic (twice) – en route to an 0-5 start.
This started a little differently for Bradley Beal and the Wizards as they dominated, as a slight underdog in NBA betting, the Toronto Raptors in the season opener. And as a result, Quinton Mayo is going all-in on the Wizards.
