After Oregon State punched their Elite Eight ticket on Saturday, NCAA Tournament bettors are split which Pac-12 team will join them.
Three years after three Pac-12 teams combined for zero tournament wins, the conference is tied with the Big Ten in Basketball Fund money and guaranteed to send multiple to the regional finals for the first time since 2007. Oregon State earned their first Elite Eight appearance since 1982 with a win over Loyola Chicago and proved bettors right in doing so. While it was the most evenly bet spread of Saturday's four games, the public was still favoring the Beavers (+7) with 59 percent of spread tickets and 54 percent of the spread handle.
As of Sunday morning, the Oregon-USC game on Sunday has similar splits with 54 percent of tickets and 53 percent of the handle on USC (-2). The third potential Pac-12 Elite Eight team, UCLA, meanwhile, is only earning 29 percent of tickets and 23 percent of the handle as a 7-point underdog against Alabama. The Bruins are seeking a third straight ATS win after entering the tournament with a 12-14 ATS record.
Elsewhere in tournament odds, the public is pounding the Gonzaga spread, the Michigan-Florida State under, and the Oregon-USC under. Here are the ticket and handle numbers for all four Sweet 16 games on Saturday:
