The Tennessee Titans bounced back last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars after a stunning Week 4 loss to the New York Jets. Now, they have a more significant challenge on Monday night hosting the Buffalo Bills.

So, what are the best bets in this game?

Buffalo Bills -5

I will start with the basic bet here of who is going to cover the spread. The Bills have looked very impressive since their Week 1 loss, winning their last four games.

In each of those four games, they have scored over 35 points and have exposed defenses that now rank towards the bottom of the league.

The Bills show no signs of slowing down offensively, and the Titans’ defense has not proven that they can step up, allowing 26 points per game and 377.4 total yards per game.

If that continues to be the case, I like the Bills to cover the spread here.

Over 54

This bet is another one to keep an eye on. It is no secret that the Bills can put up points, leading the NFL with 34.4 points per game.

However, the Titans are no slouches in this category. They rank in the top 10 for points per game in the NFL with 26.4.

A.J. Brown returning can be a significant factor in this as well. Without Brown as a threat, the Jets sacked quarterback Ryan Tannehill seven times because they could send more players in blitz packages without worrying that they were sacrificing pass coverage.

Now, it looks like the Titans may be back on track, and with these two teams averaging 60 points per game between them, the over may not be a bad play here.

Bills and Over

One option you have is to have a parlay bet with the money line and over or under the total points for this game. To me, it may be worth considering what number you are comfortable with for a Bills and an over bet.

The one reason you might hesitate on too high of an over is that the Bills are currently the NFL’s top defense in points allowed per game, averaging just 12.8, even after playing the Kansas City Chiefs.

However, the Bills put up plenty of points themselves, and the Titans are one of the better offenses they have faced all season. Here are some interesting parlays to look at for this:

• Bills and Over 50.5 = +140
• Bills and Over 53.5 = +170
• Bills and Over 55.5 = +200

There are options up to over 60.5 with this combination. I would stick to a number somewhere in this range to be safe.

Bills and Both 20+ Points

Finally, another parlay option that you have is to pick the money line plus predict if both teams will score 20+ points in this game. Out of the options in this category, I would go with the Bills and saying yes to both teams scoring 20+ points.

The Titans have only been held below 20 points once this season, back in Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals. The same goes for the Buffalo Bills, who have taken over the points per game lead in the NFL since being held to 16 points in Week 1.

Right now, the odds on this are +140.
