The middleweight fight between young contenders Donte Johnson and Cody Brundage will be part of the UFC 326 card this Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Even though he only has one UFC bout, Johnson is going to be the betting favorite with -650 UFC odds. Brundage will be the +475 betting underdog despite having more experience fighting inside the octagon.

UFC 326: Donte Johnson vs. Cody Brundage: Prediction

I predict a TKO/KO victory for Johnson against Brundage because of the atomic punching power that he has. His best punch is a left hook that, when landed, could put the lights out of any opponent in the weight class.

Johnson pressures his opponents early and forces them to open themselves up with a jab or a kick. He uses this to counter and explode on them. I think if he lands a clean punch on Brundage, the match will instantly be over, especially since Brundage is coming off a stoppage loss in his most recent fight in February.

Donte Johnson’s Recent Fight Results

Johnson is an undefeated prospect who has 100% finish rate. He earned a UFC contract via Dana White’s Contender Series, where he finished Darion Abbey in just 64 seconds. In his promotional debut, he scored a second-round submission win over Sedriques Dumas in November.

Cody Brundage’s Recent Fight Results

Brundage has been with the UFC since 2021; however, in his last five UFC bouts, he has won only one, against Julian Marquez. His other fights were losses to Eric McConico and Cam Rowston, with the other two ending in a draw against Mansur Abdul-Malik and a no-contest against Abdul Razak Alhassan.
